El Paso!

We made it here safe and sound. El Paso is literally a stones throw away from Juarez Mexico. I can see Mexico from our hotel. We had a great flight here thanks to Southwest Airlines First Officer Dwayne. This place is wild. The population is 80% Hispanic. Last night we had our tour auction where we buy and sell each other for fun and I sold for $85. It was a pretty hilarious night. Everyone here is really nice and helpful. That's all for now and here is a picture with Dwayne before our flight.

Almost Done with the 9-pack

We are on our way to the Tulsa State Fair for the last time....finally. Three more shows to do today and we are finished with the nine pack. Whew! After the shows we pack out and since we are flying to El Paso we have tonight to sleep in our beds and get up tomorrow morning to head to the airport. I am so glad we get a bed to sleep in. I will let you all know how the shows go.

It's our second day here in Tulsa. We have one more day off to mess around. I'm in my full show track now. Still picking up the steps but it's coming. Really getting settled. Hope all my friends are doing well and I really miss my mom and my dog Heidi. Let me know soon about coming to a show if we are near ya.

So Long OKC

So we have one more day in Oklahoma City. We go to St. Louis next. In my time here in OKC I have eaten at Cracker Barrel about 9 times no joke and had Burger King twice. I will be in Green Army Men from here on out and that leaves one number to still learn and go into. Then I still have to learn a bunch of understudy parts. Whew!

My Characters

So here it is. I found out my roles. I will be an Green Army Man, an Alien, a Cowboy, and Kung Fu Ken. I may understudy Woody. The show it self is really cool and the people are all nice as well. It is a way bigger production than my last tour. It is gonna be a high energy show but I like how there are some funny hidden jokes.

In the Land of Y'all

Well OKC seems cool. First morning here and the hotel is nice. All the people around here say y'all. There is this amazing place to eat called Cracker Barrel that we don't have in the Northwest. Everyone that I have met so far seems fun and really nice. I find out today what I will be doing and my roommate was telling me some of the numbers so we will see.

Hello Toy Story 3

Well today is the day. I leave for Oklahoma City. Packing your life into two suitcases is seriously hard to do. I hope the airport is easy to get through. I'm nervous, excited, sad, and stoked all at the same time. Gonna miss my people in Eugene.

Starting Up

Started this blog to write about the life of an ice show performer.  I leave soon for a well know show and I want to share my travels.  More to come.
